The huge stone walls at the old Japanese capital fortress in Kyoto are crazy. Hey at least you can see Fujisan, it hides a lot, especially from the distance the shinkansen is. Looks cold up there, we aren’t going back to Japan for a bit, skipping the cold, it snowed three meters in Kawaguchiko just after we left the last time.

I recommend trying some okonomiyaki if you can find it. It’s more of a southern thing though, like Kyoto or Osaka
